The easiest transition through traveling by far! After being on a flight all you want to do is get your car and get to your destination. Royal had everything g ready for us on both the pick up and drop off. I would highly recommend Royal to everyone. Thank you very much!!!

I had never used this service before and it was much easier than waiting for an appointment with Sky Harbor Car Rental Centers. Unfortunately, Priceline allowed me to schedule a pick-up time for my vehicle that was outside of the car rental hours at Sky Harbor Airport, so using Carzi was a pleasant alternative that I will use moving forward than any of the larger car rental agencies. The pick up process was easy, as was the drop off process.
My only comment is the staff could put calls on hold when people that are already being helped are standing in front of them. But it was a good experience otherwise.
You staff is very good. Every year I am there I recognize team members that have been with you for a while.

Booked the reservation and had to immediately
cancel within a few minutes. Was told I had to pay
an administrative fee. Could not speak with anyone over the phone. Only was able to text. Not a good way to do business.
Be careful with this car I company. You have to provide your info to even Gey a quote. Once they get your credit card info, they will run it whether you booked a vehicle or not, then you have to dispute the charge. This company are thieves! Also, the vehicles aren\'t at the airport. You have to meet a private ride to the location & they may or may not have your vehicle. Fly by night place, stay away!

The rental process went smoothly - the vehicle had a broken/disconnected rod in the trunk which made opening the trunk interesting but other than that everything was good.
I found them to be very friendly and courteous. They were a little more detailed in some areas than the national chains - like the time they spend on the noticeable dings and dents, and the very clear reminders to have proof of insurance - but none of it was overbearing. I did not catch the mileage limitation and travel distance restriction, but it was more than generous and well within the needs we had for this trip. The vehicle we got for the price was great, so would consider using again.
The inside front and back windshields were ABSOLUTELY filthy! When driving into the sun I could barely see out of the windshield! It IS NOT my job to clean the windshield on a rental car - apparently, it is not anyone\'s job at Andy\'s either!!!
I left an item in the car after I returned it, which they found while cleaning the vehicle after it was returned by the people who rented it after me. They took the time to look through their records and call me. Talk about above and beyond! 5 gold stars is not enough to say how satisfied I am with them.
The agent was very nice. The car on the other hand was not as clean as I expected it to be. There was garbage under the seat that had gum all over it. The breaks on that car need to be replaced or looked at because they made a lot of noise and the ceiling in the car looks like it is never cleaned. I was going to clean it myself but I’m not getting paid for it so I didn’t. But these are things that should be cleaned after every use. Also I got 75 dollars taken from my bank after I checked in.
Renting a car from Leisure is the way to go on St. Martin. The agency demonstrated excellent customer service when it promptly sent someone out to change a tire discovered leaking we stopped for lunch in Marigot. He competed the fix by the time we paid our tab! Here\'s one hint: cars are sent out with less than a full tank. Take a photo of what you get, so you can verify returning the same at the drop-off.
The pick up, driver and staff interactions were good. However, I was given a car with zero gas in it. The needle did not move the slightest when I started the car. I was told it would get me to the gas station. The driving was horrible after the first day. I had difficulty climbing hills and picking up speed after stop sign/lights. I kept moving over for vehicles to pass. When I returned the car they tried to say I was responsible for a cracked taillight. By far the worst rental experience ever
We were very impressed with how efficient the rental was. When we arrived at the airport a staff member was there to pick us up which was a nice surprise. The staff did not try to upsell us or pull any tricks and the whole experience was seamless for both pick up and drop off. The only comment I would have is that they made it clear that they wanted the vehicle back very clean, which meant we had to give the car a vacuum before returning to clean up some beach sand.
Must say, first time renting a car through a contactless process. It all worked extremely well, from airport shuttle to picking up the car, returning it and shuttle back to the airport five days latter. Didn\'t talk to a person, other than the shuttle driver (nice guy by the way). Fast and easy. Painless.
