Located near the Statue of Liberty, Liberty State Park is the best place to go for a day of great outdoor fun. There is more than 1,200 feet of lakefront space and visitors can engage in picnics, learning of history through the monuments in the park, and even bring Fido along for the day. Liberty State Park is located on Morris Pesin Drive.

Visitors should also be sure to take advantage of the Historical Walking Tour which can help visitors better understand the importance of this amazing city that dates back to the early 1600's. During this tour you will see many important areas in Jersey City, from the Statue of Liberty monument to the Ellis Island National Landmark.
