I originally booked a Suzuki Vitara but was given a different car upon arrival. However, I was very happy with the vehicle I received—it was clean, well-maintained, and drove smoothly. Jason was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He provided excellent customer service and made the entire process easy and stress-free. My deposit was also returned promptly, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience and will definitely be renting from this agency again. H
I left some documents in the car after I returned. I was already at the gate almost ready to board when I got a call from a rep letting me know he had the documents. He proceeded to take the documents to security at the terminal. Great service!
The car was very banged up, jinky and it had many dents and scratches. The tire went flat after 50 miles. I had to replace the obviously VERY OLD, VERY worn-out tire. They did not reimburse me for the tire. The guy on the phone was incredibly rude and told me the tire going flat was MY fault. I even sent them a video of the worn out cut in the tire. I am actively pursuing a law suit against them for putting me in a dangerous vehicle. I hope for safety purposes this company fails.
Absolutely awful experience. I reserved a 12-passenger van 3 weeks in advance. When I got to the rental location, the rental had been subcontracted out to another agency. This agency was TERRIBLE. Not only did I wait 15 minutes to be helped, but they told me that they did not have a 12 passenger van. They had 2 mini vans. I told them I don\'t want two mini vans, I wanted a 12 passenger van. They said they would get the manager. It took another 15 minutes to talk to the manager, who couldn\'t help.

Didn’t honor the original rate and tacked on hidden fees
Didn’t give me the car we reserved and told me if i wanted one that size i could drive another hour additional hour to go get it
Wanted to charge for kids car seats which was never written before only told me it was subject to availability
Middle of no where so you are stuck and desperate and pay the extras but completely unethical
This company was referred from a friend living on the island. It also has great reviews on sxm of bust.
The staff met us at the airport and was friendly and helpful. The car exceeded my expectation as did the company
The van was in poor condition; made gargling noises intermittently like the shocks/hydraulic system was going out; the engine was sluggish; there were
special instructions to operate the ramp that weren\'t given up front-had to call for the information (poor customer service); had to call for return instructions and gate code for access (poor customer service). We waited 1 hour for accessible van pickup; driver didn\'t belt me in until asked; also drove like no one was in van but him
Worker at location lied to me and told me I couldn’t rent the car unless I purchased the insurance from him. I had insurance through my own company. Absolutely terrible customer service and what he did was illegal. I will be pursuing legal action to recover the money the company stole from me.
You promptly charged $2500.00 to my credit card but it takes 5 days, possibly more, to take it off. That needs to be shortened. I had to pay interest on that amount.
Shuttle bus for MCO never showed. Several phone calls to Miami office no help. Never even an answer when Orlando office called. Total waste of time. Only wish you had a rating below just poor.
The customer service I received was great. The van we rented was OK, it was well used and had some warning lights on the dash. The customer service representative assured us it had been checked out and everything was fine. My comment on this is if I am paying for a rental I should not get in and see warning lights on the dash.
The van was extremely smelly. It served its purpose, but would likely not book here again. Maybe smoking odor. There should be smoking vs not smoking options and there were no time for changes. Which was disappointing.
After all I appreciate the rental experience, really convenient on both pick up and dropped off, and Michelle who helped me with dropped off process he is really helpful. The only downside is the condition of the van. Key remote wasn’t functioning, many broken parts inside the van. Also all seats are screwed down to the car and unremovable, which means if I’m traveling with big group of people there is not space for bulk personal belongings like luggage and strollers.
