We didn\'t seem to have cell phone calling active but were able to reach the agency through WhatsApp and an SUV was promptly sent to pick us up at the Terminal. When we returned the vehicle (Kia Cerato sedan a.k.a. Forte in Canada/US), the young gentlemen were courteous and helpful and gave us a ride to the airport. Helpful tip from one of the employees, use the business name \"GoCayman Car Rental\" rather than the google provided street address if using a GPS to drive back to the agency.

I am disappointed with the vehicle and the safety measures provided. On the first day, a passerby had to inform us that the rear lights were not working, which could have seriously jeopardized the safety of my family. A basic safety inspection should have identified this issue before the vehicle was given to a customer.In addition, there were undisclosed fees for garage parking, entering, and exiting. What I purchased through your site was advertised as all‑inclusive.

The car I received was old with lots of mileage. When the vehicle turns on it made noises. Secondly one of the windshield wipers was missing which was unbelievable. It started to rain as soon as I got on the highway and had to pull off because I couldn’t see. Finally assuming because the car is old it burned alot of gas. Horrible experience next time I will spend my money at a valid car rental for my ease of mind and safety.
