Pick up and drop off was extremely smooth. The price for the car was great. However, this car needs to be retired. It’s missing a hubcap, it’s dented, and it smells like a lot of weed has been smoked in that car and there’s so much air freshener that it is overwhelming.

Renting from Florida Van Rentals was the easiest rental process I have ever experienced! They were so helpful with questions during the rental process. Pick up/drop off was effortless! Once we arrived in Orlando, I texted for shuttle pickup, only took 20 minutes to arrive. It was a 7-minute ride to parking lot where the van was located. All paperwork was signed in advance so there was no waiting in line, just got in van and away we went. Return was just as smooth. WILL USE AGAIN!

We have always been satisfied with the cars we rent from Andy s Fox however this time the 8 passenger van needed mechanical repair and new seat coverings sonde they were very worn and dirty despite what appeared to be attempts to clean seats and if not for my husband d driving who has mechanical experience driving the van may have run off the road . We did report it when returning and I have confidence that they will take it off the road . The second van was brand new

Your company is a joke. Upon arrival, I was told there was going to be a three hour delay. After communicating with customer service a couple times, I eventually stopped getting responses. I was never given information on how to pick up my car, thus never received one. I called and texted multiple times. I reported you to my bank and plan to leave reviews everywhere possible. This was the worst car rental experience I’ve ever had in my life.

There was absolutely no customer service. Couldn’t find the rental car agency so called them. They never called back so we were never able to pick up our car. Had to end up taking an Uber. Received a harassing email saying they were going to take action for breach of contract. Absolutely worst car rental experience I have ever had. I will report this to my credit card company and BBB.

Although the cars are older, the price was always worth it, so I didn\'t care. However, on my last two trips, the prices have been very close to what I would pay at Hertz or Avis. It\'s getting to the point where it\'s not a \"deal\" any longer. I may decide to go with one of the big names next year - even if they\'re $50 more, I would get a nicer car. Andy\'s deals just aren\'t as good as they used to be, which is disappointing.

I had never used this service before and it was much easier than waiting for an appointment with Sky Harbor Car Rental Centers. Unfortunately, Priceline allowed me to schedule a pick-up time for my vehicle that was outside of the car rental hours at Sky Harbor Airport, so using Carzi was a pleasant alternative that I will use moving forward than any of the larger car rental agencies. The pick up process was easy, as was the drop off process.
