breaks sounded awful after a few days. Glad we dropped it off when we did. The rest of my experience was good. 2nd time renting here.

It would've been nice to have a clean vehicle at pick up. As I waited, it took the staff about 30-45 seconds to "clean." The inside was pretty gross-pet hair, not thoroughly vacuumed through out, windows and mirrors were not clean inside, very dusty dashboard and interior of doors & console as well as stained ceiling. The exterior was just ok-a lot of bug stains on the windows, front of vehicle and sides of both front doors. I returned the van in wayyy better condition. Do better.

The vehicle was older than expected with 70k+ miles. On our way to Moab, the AC went out so we were sweating and miserable for the rest of the week.
