Requested vehicle was not available on arrival. Paid higher rate than quoted for an upgraded vehicle but did not need/want an upgrade.

The car I requested to be at my rental location was not there. I had to rent a alternate vehicle and it had bad wipers that were falling apart so I had to return the next day to get them replaced. The tires also had very little traction. Things were broken on the inside like the visor and cab light.
The girl at the desk was friendly and helpful and even helped us get our ferry tickets on the spot. Made things super easy for us!

This was the best rental car experience I have ever had due to the extraordinary customer service. When I expressed confusion about where to go to find the car and how to get on the ferry, the employee walked me to the lot and gave me directions to the ferry entrance. Incredible service!
