Expeditious, friendly, and on-time. And, they had a car when many other agencies were out. We even got a NEW car.

The wipers on the car were not in great condition - can be a big issue with dust and the sun in Santorini. But otherwise, the experience was good.
The car was very bad looking and some parts broken (left mirror, and a cast light). It made strange noises when driving. The radio was awful.
The staff was very nice and punctual. The price was competitive.
Great customer service
A good experience overall, asked for a car upgrade but didn’t get it. Good service, the bring the car to our hotel and we left it at the airport before we departed.
