Upon pick up I was told that CDW was not included, which I was surprised about since all rentals I had before included it with the relevant excess. I was also told that I must take this CDW to reduce the excess to 1000EUR, something which I refused despite the insistance of the representative. Then upon checkin the car, any minor or even faint mark in the car body was pointed out, and I fund this also highly unusual. Bottom line, nice car at apparent reasonable price but can't recommend.

All was good. They are very kind and helpful
the agent waited for us at the port but did not accompany us to the car, telling us that it was in a nearby parking lot, we hesitated but we went.
