The car was extremely underpowered for the islands roads. It had clearly been “thrashed” by other renters which is a shame. The staff were polite and helpful. when dropping off the car no information was given either written or verbal. I would also add that we were asked to pay by cash only which was not stated in the original agreement. Luckily I could withdraw sufficient cash from my bank account but most people would prefer credit card. This was poor and provided no protection.
