just wasn't explained - in case of ER who to contact - our battery died, so any ER guidance would be good!
We reserved a 12 passenger van at YVR airport. The morning we were coming to pick it up we received an email saying “CANCELLED!!! SORRY THE VAN IS NOT AVAILABLE!!!” Unbelievable! Never had a car rental company would do such a thing. We had to scramble to search for another 12 passenger van which is not easy to locate. Ended up having to go to Burnaby to get it.
They were awesome!
Very efficient process
Vehicle is clean and very good. Staff is very helpful. Will be doing more business with yellow car. And it always be my first preference.
Poor service and vehicle. Took well over 30 minutes to be picked up at the airport. In addition, the van was dirty, the check engine light was on and there was no gas in the vehicle to start with. On return, no one was able to greet me and take the key and provide a final invoice. To this day, I did not receive an invoice. Honestly, I will probably not rent from here and I would not advise anyone else to do so, unless these actions are changed. Staff were kind (when there), but not helpful.
Gil and staff were amazing--they define the words "service with a smile"--additionally the large van 10 seater was so nice to drive and many people who saw it were impressed--thank you . Dr. Chalack
