The tires on the vehicle were worn and this presently a problem when driving in the snow. The van constantly slid. The company should ensure vehicles have snow tires or at least good tires. Other than this, the rental experience was good.
One of the few places where you can get a 12 person van in Vancouver. The vehicle was as advertised and worked perfectly for the group I had to shuttle around.
We PAID for late pick up yet the Owner wanted us to catch cabs YYZ to Brampton even though they were informed beforehand. The van we rented terrible, not properly clean, had transmission issues and the hazard indicator was not working (NO REFUND). Upon returning the van I was told to use the hotel bus to get back to the airport ($54) which they suggested I do and I will be refunded. When I called about the refund I was rudely told NO way I should have waited. Insurance was a rip off $22 a day
The vehicle was dirty inside and outside.
It is American vehicle so its speedometer by a mile (the main one). It was difficult to see how much I'm driving.
Also, I waited for a long time at the hotel to get it.

The vehicle was great. The owner was very personable.
The van was terrible, the office was sketchy, the guy said he quoted me a mandatory insurance when he didn't.
My boss was upset at me for using this company. I'll have to go with the big guys from now on.
