I was there early in the morning and it was not busy. The service was fast and friendly.

Wipers are in need of change and there was no washer fluid (had to purchase). Advised staff afterwards and they apologized and said they would investigate. Not a fan of getting (and having to return) the vehicle with 1/4 tank of gas. No way to gauge consumption so as a result we returned with more than 3/4 of a tank of gas.
Staff was very attentive and helpful when renting the vehicle...
The car had so many problems:
Bad wiper
cigarette lighter was not working (could not charge my phones, and use my GPS)
Brakes was very weak/bad
.....
Anything was great. The staff is kind and helpfull
No additional comments.
car was in excellent condition
It would be better if you can arrange staff to handle adminstration work when we return the car
Rental was closed on drop off delivery. Business address did not located on GPS unit, had trouble finding it.
Excellent service and above all an excellent vehicle was provided
