Owning a business of my own I know how much it means to treat all customers with your best customer service skills, at all times. Many people behind the counter today don’t understand this. I tell my staff, the quality of service you extend should be to treat people the way you would like them to treat you. It makes sense and will make any business successful, and Brandon exemplified that process by making my rental experience very pleasant and enjoyable. He stayed late Saturday evening after everyone had left to process my paperwork, after I arrived late, and on my return accompanied me to my next mode of transportation so my family and I could continue our travel. Brandon went out of his way both times, and I never asked for any special treatment. Now thats customer service.
