  • This was my first time renting through Car Rental Express and with Zoom Rent-A-Car. I was very impressed with the ease of booking the car, the customer service on the phone for questions I had, all the way through arrival at Toronto airport where Zoom actually called me to let me know to call them as soon as I was out of customs area. I called and the shuttle picked me up in 10 minutes. The care was almost new, and the service upon return was very efficient as was the ride to the airport.

  • Great experience! My rental was upgraded with no extra charge, they had a shuttle running around the clock with helpful staff and checking out was quick and painless. The car was clean, fully fueled, stocked with water bottles and a guide to LA, so no extra stops were needed. Definitely the best car rental experience in LA I\'ve had. Plus, the company Hubber is peer to peer sharing, so we felt as if we were doing our part to help the environment and a cool startup. Will rent again.

  • The car we received was a bit \"warn around the edges\", but was fine for what we needed. I would presume it fit the rate we got. The staff were excellent, helpful, and the shuttle service was prompt both picking up and after delivery.
