I found Corporate Rent A Car through CarRentalExpress.com. I often look for a smaller local company when traveling internationally, and
this time it really paid off. My flight to Toronto was delayed 2-1/2 hours. Then somehow United took a full hour to move my bag from the plane into the terminal, so instead of arriving at 6 PM it's after 9:30 PM on a Sunday night and I'm still not through customs and immigration. The Corporate representative called my wife in NJ to find out what was going on, picked me up personally, and opened the locked office to give me my rental. It's hard to imagine getting that kind of service from one of the big agencies.
