The reservation connected me with a contracted vendor, and the scheduling was synced badly. The previous user was schedule to return 3 hrs after my reservation, putting me 3 hours behind all day. Also, there was an extra insurance charge that was not included on the confirmation, and it doubled my price. The EZ Rent A Van agency is great: the contracted delivery company failed in the delivery of the service.

Great service. Pick up and drop off from the airport was quick and smooth. We arrived at the airport before they opened and they came early to pick us up. The paperwork process was smooth and easy. Awesome service. Great family company to rent from.
I booked a car from Santorini Holiday Cars for three days. I picked up the car at 4:00 PM from one of their staff who was very courteous and helpful. However, on the second day around noon we were about driving the car from Fira to Oia, I couldn\'t start the car. So I asked Hotel staff to call the rental car company and their staff came but he couldn\'t start the car neither. They didn\'t have an extra car for me but the company boss told me he would refund me one day rental fee.
We have rented from Rugged Rental for many years. Their rates are always very competitive and we have never had any problems with their vehicles or the company.
I couldn\'t access State Farm app because it was out of service, and even though I showed my policy number, I was told the expiration date was necessary. I understand she needed that info but I hope she was more proactive about suggesting other methods since it was out of my control. Or it would\'ve been helpful to know ahead of time that this information would be requested. We were able to resolve this after we suggested using our credit card insurance. Car was great tho!
United\'s price was almost half of what my AAA membership quoted me with the bigger, more brand name rental agencies eg) Hertz etc.. It was well worth my time and money to rent from United!
The initial car they gave me was in need of repair. It had suspension problems and had a burning oil smell. We contacted Andy\'s and they brough a new car to our Airbnb within 15 minutes. The new car was perfect.
You should work on you customer service by phone. Is not easy to contact or make any changes, I called two times and at first they didn\'t even find my reservation
Communication was excellent. Questions were answered promptly. Everything was clear and smooth from start to finish. Will definitely be using United Van Rentals for all of our future Ragnar events!
I was given a large gas, guzzling suburban, and would’ve preferred a smaller SUV but in the end, it was wonderful. Having such a big car. I felt very safe on the freeways. This is a great company.
The rental car needed maintenance and was pretty dated. The ball joints needed replacing and the suspension is in need of attention. Each time we hit a bump, the front end would make a loud knock. The rearview mirror had been replaced at some point, but installed upside down.
AC was not working. Upon return agent said oh we have been having problems with the AC in that car. Additional insurance charge is ridiculous and a scam. I have Allstate full coverage but these guys made me pay $30/day for 5 times more coverage.
I was unable to get a response from email, text or multiple phone messages left on their one emergency 24/7 phone number for 3 days prior to my rental. They said they had phone issues but that doesn’t explain why they couldn’t answer an email. I was beginning to think it was a scam. What if I really did need to contact them in an emergency?
It all went as expected. The car seemed a little old and a bit battered, but for the price I was paying it was certainly fine by me and had no problems with it.. Needed to extend the rental for a day, which was no bother and dealt with promptly. Overall very happy with the car and service and will certainly rent from Andy\'s when I come back to the Island.

This was my third time renting from Andy’s and I have been very satisfied every time which is why I keep coming back. My son also rents from Andy’s and recommended them to me. We are both pleased.
The shuttle driver who picked us up was on his cell phone from the time he arrived at MCO to the time he dropped us off at the rental office. In the shuttle he had the cell phone in his hand and sometimes he had it in his lap and was looking down at it while the shuttle was moving. It was very concerning causing abrupt stops when traffic ahead of the shuttle slowed/stopped.
Paula in the rental office was excellent. She was knowledgeable, friendly and anticipated all of our questions.
