I was extremely pleased with our car rental from Andy\'s. Their service was professional, the car was clean and their pricing was very fair and competitive. I will definitely rent from then on my next trip to Cayman.
We waited quite a while at the airport despite having to include our flight number and landing time. I had to call customer service after over 30 minutes to get picked up. There were a lot of fees added once we got to the agency to pick up the car and the cost was more than $100 more than what we were quoted. Overall, once we were in the car, things were fine.
Has a reservation online. They didn’t wanted to acknowledge because it wasn’t paid for. Waiting a long time. My reservation was for 103.00 mid-size car. I get an economy car and was charged $163. Unacceptable. I don even have an invoice. Worst car I’ve ever rented.
Took a long time for pickup at the airport and have many Hidden fees. Once you are at the car agency, its hard to get back and rent another car from a legitimate car rental agency. For example, they charge $60 to decline their insurance and use own insurance as an admin fee. They charge a mandatory daily fee for a toll reader. This is not on your \"Total\" cost when you check out of Kayak or other OTA.
The way to communicate for pick up is not intuitive. Customer service representative over the phone gave me wrong instructions, this is unacceptable, I wasted 2 hours and had to end up taking an uber to go and get my rental.
Fortunately, the supervisor of the Houston site: Tony. Was very accommodating and made the experience better.
Reached late at 6:10 pm and location was closed. Flights gets delayed all the time now a days. Should not have tried such unheard companies just to save few bucks. No refund given as of yet

Car tires were low on air. I took it to discount, had them filled, and was told all tires 🛞 needed to be replaced. Are you replacing them before you rent out the car again?
I never received My Rental; Nobody was at the office at the Sky Harbor $ they said that I had to pay for an extra policy for damage when I already had rental car insurance through my Progressive insurance ! I am still trying to get my money back; Terrible Rental Car Scam; in my opinion !! Sincerely; Greg Walker
We have always been pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the vehicles we have rented. This time they really helped us out. I had canceled my reservation earlier in the day because our friends told us their rental was a large enough vehicle for all four of us. The second he pulled up to pick us up I realized there was no way we would all fit with our luggage. I called Andy\'s and they quickly found us another vehicle and had us on our way in 10 minutes.
I was quoted one price and when I picked up, it was more than double and pretty was told to get over it. Being in a foreign company I had no choice. Plus when I arrived, I waited almost 90 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk to wait on me. The person picking us up was rude, and pushy. When we dropped off the young lady was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I will not use this company again unless they email and apology and a credit if not honor the price I was originally quoted
Picked us up in airport with the car that we would be renting for the two weeks. Took less than 2 minutes to get paperwork organized and off we were. Very efficient company.

You should not list this company as an option. They are rude, dishonest, liars and couldn\'t care less about their customers. My car tire went flat and so I took it to a tire repair shop. They said the tire was damaged in the same place where there was already damaged and couldn\'t be repaired. Two tires were missing a lug nut. Long story short, they rented an unsafe car to me endangering my family. Timeless would take no responsibility and offered no apology. Terrible company.
I had a great experience renting through Rugged Rental. When I filled out the rental request form, I had selected agency choice for my vehicle but requested AWD. When I picked up my vehicle, I received a 2024 Grand Jeep Cherokee. It was definitely worth the rental price. The staff was all super nice and the pick up/drop off at the airport could not have been easier.
Staff responded quickly, however if you are in a bind or made a mistake they are not helpful. It all comes down to the terms and agreements. Not having a customer service you can speak to is not adequate. The car also had a hop/vibration in the rear any time over 40mph which made the vehicle feel unsafe to drive. I would not choose this rental service again.
I love Carzi. Still haven\'t gotten one of those perks of an upgrade, but nonetheless, Carzi makes coming to Phoenix easy for me to see my ailing father. Thanks

I’m from Michigan and we’ve been coming here for 30 years and you guys are the best. Claudia is very great. She takes care of me. I miss her this time. I think she was done on 7 mile but I got dropped off at the Westin today by I believe the owner’s son-in-law and he was so gracious and courteous. It was a great experience and thank you.
Employee, Wilfredo forced a colleague to inaccurately charge collision insurance despite I calling 2 weeks prior and confirming my stateside Full Coverage insurance with proof/copy would suffice. Wilfredo said that if I used a debit card my full coverage insurance would be covered not with a credit card. I paid but upon returning the vehicle I confirmed Wilfredo was wrong. Personnel unable to assist in refund and the manager was sick. Main San Juan off punted to local supervisor. Poor svc.
The doors of the van were an issue and were very hard to close properly. We brought the door to the attention of the employees so they were aware. It came unlatched when going over a speed bump. It also needs new roters.
