Leisure Rental Car was excellent. I found them professional, my car was ready when I arrived, and it took less than 5 minutes to complete the paperwork. Excellent service all around.
They wanted to put a $2500 dollar hold on my credit card just because I declined insurance. This is the worst company. I would never rent from here again
They rented me a car that had been wrecked. A piece of metal gouged into the tire everytime I hit a bump. This car was a liability that took me and my son\'s life in jeopardy. Hitting a bump doing 70mph on the highway, I could hear the metal digging into the tire. I would never rent from them again, and would advise other people to do the same.
They have nobody to talk to if you have an issue either. The only contact is chatting with an AI bot. It was extremely frustrating. This company sucks.
We did not choose the option to be picked up at the airport but in hind site that might have been the best option. Their location is very small and crowded and would have been less congested if we did. They were polite and have no complaints about anything. Words of warning, we rented 2 toddler seats and later found out that in St Maartin they do not use them; which would explains the condition of them. (Do not recommend renting child seats from them)
Good experience. Perks like charging you for only the gaz that is missing when you return it, and onot charging for a full tank, goes a long way compare to the other rental companies!

Additional mandatory insurance is always the issue and unfortunately adds consequent amount to your overall bill, so make sure you are aware that the final price of your rental will be quite higher than the price that was estimated when you book your car
This was incorrectly listed as airport parking. It is offsite. It takes too long to get there. They crammed too many people into too small a car, because they don’t have a real shuttle. It took too long to check out the car. The car stunk.
I was charged an amount and then when I got there I was charged more. They also charged my credit card a $1500 amount that they said will take 7 days to get back. The person who I had to try and work with only understood a little English so I didn’t get an explanation as to why there were different prices. The money was not refundable that I already paid and I needed a car so I was captive. It also took 2 hours to try and get everything done because of the language barrier. Very deceptive.
One switch is not at the Houston airport, the address listed was a comfort suite hotel 10 minutes away. When we got to comfort suite hotel they stated the company is no longer there and had moved. I attempted to call the number on the email and received no response. I had to reserve another vehicle and paid three times as much.
You had no cars available when I arrived despite what is called a \"Reservation\". I was told the next morning you would have a car. You did not. I cancelled my reservation and went with a reputable agency. I used you in the past with no issues. You now have many issues and no one knew anything. Terrible.
I started the rental process about 7 am the day I was leaving. I jumped through all the hoops with photos and insurance info. I received a confirmation but no information as to where to pick up my car or what the shuttle looked like. After 20 phone calls, actually hung up on and 10 promises that someone would call me back, as well as several emails and text messages I landed without any more information, had to Lyft and missed commitments the next day because I did not have a car.
First time we used an off Airport Car Rental. I will never go back to renting from an Airport location.
This is definitely the way to go from now on. They pick you up and drop you off in a bus right outside the doors of the Airport.
The first car had to be returned for mechanical issues.?At first they tried to charge me for the gas I used to bring it back. After discussion, they didn’t. Second car was ok
We’ve been renting from Andy’s for over 20 years. We’ve seen the operation streamlined over the past 3-4 years. You’re in and out fast once you see a representative. Saturdays are very busy at the airport. The full sized vehicle we rented was very new with a backup camera which was very helpful navigating the typically small parking lots in Cayman.
I wish I had dropped off the car by the airport. The shuttle to the airport was very confusing since the they didn\'t stop to pick me up where I was told they were supposed to be.
The price quote they gave beat the other agencies, but that was only because the other agency prices included insurance and Mega MC’s did not. I felt like this was very misleading. We waited for 50 minutes for the shuttle van to pick us up. Once we were shuttled to their agency, I was told the price I was quoted and then found out the insurance would nearly double the price which made their price below average. I wasn’t at all happy with this and will not be using them again.
The car was sufficient for our needs during our visit. It could use some service as it would bog down when trying to accelerate at the round abouts. Fuel efficient an AC worked! Overall, a fine little car.
All services were excellent! The best part of renting with Carzi is/was the communication. All questions and concerns were answered efficiently and quickly. GREAT JOB CARZI!
Customers that need to drop off their car after hours need an option to do so and be provided with viable option or reimbursement to secure transportation to the airport
I pay for a car, dont give it to me and you keep my money. I have request several time to get a refund and get no answer. If you dont refund i will complain with my cart company and explain all over the web how your steal money from your customers. I am retired, i have plenty of time to do it.
