NEVER RENT FROM HERE!!!!!! This place is the WORST rental experience I have had in my over 300 car rentals. The staff was disinterested and all sitting/lounging in chairs. The office is dirty and messy and shows lack of caring which was also the vibe from the staff. The worst part was I had received a confirmation via email after my online reservation. When I was completing my rental they did a bait and switch move and tried to add a $75 fee to my previously confirmed amount.

Staff charged me for several items I did not agree to in my initial reservation request. Staff was lazy, slow, rude and inefficient. Being away from the airport was not disclosed clearly. Spent more time and money than I would have if I had just gotten a car from a big brand at the airport. Will never use or recommend this company again. Untrustworthy. Poor customer service and deceitful.

I waited over 2 hours for my rental car. The staff was rude and even got into an argument with a customer. They took their time to accommodate customers and had no sense of urgency. I waited another 30 minutes to receive the car and people who came after me got their car before me. And the worse part was after all of that the car was infested with roaches. We were attacked at night by a colony or cock roaches

To whom it may interest. The worst company that can exist. I don't know who can read this message but I hope that some boss or someone from this Allied company in Puerto Rico can read this message. My reservation confirmation ALLI-SANJ-2618765 and when I arrived on December 24 to pick up my vehicle I had to wait in line for 2 hours and 30 minutes and the moment I got to the counter to be served, the employee told me that they did not have cars available. This is unacceptable.

Bad service ..cuatomer service person NOT NICE..is the works service I ever saw..definitly I wont recomended..sorry !car rent is too expensive and have roaches and the car doesnt look Good 👎
