Allied Car And Truck Rental Renter Rated Reviews - Page 1

To whom it may interest. The worst company that can exist. I don't know who can read this message but I hope that some boss or someone from this Allied company in Puerto Rico can read this message. My reservation confirmation ALLI-SANJ-2618765 and when I arrived on December 24 to pick up my vehicle I had to wait in line for 2 hours and 30 minutes and the moment I got to the counter to be served, the employee told me that they did not have cars available. This is unacceptable.

Bad service ..cuatomer service person NOT NICE..is the works service I ever saw..definitly I wont recomended..sorry !car rent is too expensive and have roaches and the car doesnt look Good 👎

Just to finish the paperwork it took 2 hours standing in line. Another 30 min to wait for the car to be brought. I was lucky to get the last available car. I don't know how much longer I would wait otherwise. The staff acted unprofessional by just yelling at all, "Hey, listen up. We are out of cars. Put your name on the waiting list." I will try to avoid this company by any cost in the future.

El tiempo de espera fue horrible, casi 2 horas. Nunca volvere a rental con esta compania, Ademas cobrar 75 dolares por dejar un auto en Aguadilla desde San juan

Oh my where to begin. Upon arriving at the rental place only 1 person was there to help about 20 people. It took me 2.5 hours just to sign the rental contract. Took an additional 2 hours just to get the rental car. The first car that was brought out to me was on empty with gas. The second vehicle looked nice but needed major car repairs. Alignment was severely off that stirred left vigorously. The vehicle rattled like the bottom was gonna fall off. I could not have scripted such fiasco.
