Oh my where to begin. Upon arriving at the rental place only 1 person was there to help about 20 people. It took me 2.5 hours just to sign the rental contract. Took an additional 2 hours just to get the rental car. The first car that was brought out to me was on empty with gas. The second vehicle looked nice but needed major car repairs. Alignment was severely off that stirred left vigorously. The vehicle rattled like the bottom was gonna fall off. I could not have scripted such fiasco.

The vehicle did not have a horn and I paid more than what I was quoted. I don’t appreciate the hidden fees they don’t tell you about online when you book. When you get there it’s another price. I had to pay extra to leave the car in another place when that was never mentioned before.

I noticed that the gas tank when I rented the car was half full but I returned the Kia with a full tank and also the passenger front wheel had a slow leak other that that everything was fine

A wait I added a wait of more than two hours to receive my vehicle. The staff was unfriendly, with only one person serving a considerable number of online customers. The lack of courtesy and kindness was evident. In addition, the external wait to receive the vehicle was prolonged for an additional hour, and it was delivered with a superficial cleaning.
