Is crazy they charge your for everyday for insurance plus if u have a accident plus 500 dollars because someone hit the door and tender of the vehicle when it was not my fault plus the rental money in total is crazy

It has improved, before they were very slow in the pick up and drop off, and in the counter they were very slow, this time I notice more efficient, the vehicle they gave me was in better condition, it was a new one. The price is reasonable, and yes I will recommend as long as they have this service.

Pickup driver lacks hospitality training. He does not communicate effectively, giving a rude impression. Also is more into using his earbuds rather than connecting with the customer. This is my impression based on my experience working in the airline industry, which may impact the costumer’s best impression. In contrast, When returning the vehicle, the driver was excellent.
