When we got there the place was closed even though we reserved and put the time we’re gonna be there. We never got picked up we had to wait an hour and a half for the place to open. When we left we showed up at our time and the place was closed no one answered the phone. We ended up calling the San Juan office to get us to be able to return our and was told that we had to come back at 10pm when it opened up again. This was the most unprofessional car rental I have ever dealt with.
First of all i did the reservation online and when i went to pick up the car the agency at isla verde was closed, then I called and they asked me to go the other agency near the airport and they change the price when I asked why they told me they have to charge the airport facility. the car wasn't in good shape had many scratches and they told me IF YOU RETURN THE CAR w/ SAND WE'ILL CHARGE YOU. the car i got had a hole exactly under the pedal. I thought because was a local agency will be better
Very long wait times to rent a car...almost 2 hours! Hidden fees if almost $100 and they make you use their insurance. Would not go back!!!
To ask for flight information and then not have vehicle ready is ludicrous. No one should have to wait an hour after completing paperwork to get a car. My car arrived to me with the low air light on. The tire was serviced right away, which I was thankful for, but should have been checked before it was delivered to me. All the staff I interacted with was kind and courteous. If the wait wasn’t so long to get the car I would use Allied again. There are some kinks that need to be worked out.
The staff was working hard to help customers, it is apparent that they are understaffed and overworked. Waited for hours to get my vehicle, other customers there even missed their flight because the shuttle took so long.

My reservation was for 12 noon . Didn't get car until 2 pm because they were cleaning it . The car was filthy and smelled like urine . Call the next day and they want me to drive out of my way to them . Which was not happening . The car didn't have wiper fluid which means it was never inspected after drop off . Day 3 get pulled over due to car not being registered and insured , officer told me I was not allowed to drive the vehicle . One problem after the next !
The pick-up experience was a nightmare. I waited about an hour just to get to the counter and another hour waiting for the vehicle, all in the hot sun. I could tell that they were understaffed (only 1 person behind the counter and 1 person in the lot) which was likely the cause of this. They ended up charging me about $200 more than my online quote (not including the $250 deposit that was refunded upon returning the vehicle). The vehicle was okay, not the best quality but it did the job.
