Branch manager did not want to honor any internet reservation because the las pick up type vehicle he had he was driving personaly, he did offer me a panel truck at a higher rate, but he didn't want to honor the internet reservation even though his inventory reflected that he had the vehicle type available, the one he was using personaly. He could have taken another carto drive home but he chose not to take care of the customer. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I was given a receipt online indicating that this amount was what had to be paid at counter but when at the counter it was double the price. The person at counter tells me don't worry she would talk to the manager Lisa and when I returned vehicle I would be given a refund. I returned the vehicle and another employee says she has no idea and can't do anything about it to handle it myself a gave me managers Lisa cell number. No professionalism from anyone and the web site gives false prices.
