I made a reservation at one location. Was ignored at the counter while the one employee worked with another group. I was then put into a van and taken to the SJU airp where there was again only one person to service about 15 waiting customers. The rate quote did not include the $10 fee for the easy pass or mention the additional 8.95 a/day for the service. The staff at the SJU airport was RUDE, overworked. HORRIBLE experience. So horrible I dropped the car off at a dif location to avoid hassle.

Attendant was quite late which was a bit frustrating, but that wasn’t her fault. She delivered quality service that ultimately would convince me to rent with you again.
Horrible experience. The rental was in an accident, they didn't have a car for me. They wanted to rent me a pickup truck for $800wk, I didn't budget for that. I was able to rent a car for one day for the amount of $109 (my original reservation was for $154 for the wk. I had no choice but to rent it. We asked to speak to a supervisor or someone in charge they told us they weren't available. It was just a bad experience. I will not rent from them ever. Horrible experience,
Aillied didn’t have the car I booked when I got to my destination at 4 am.. I was traveling with a group of seven four of them small children. I ended up having to call another agency to help. They told me the conformation on my phone wasn’t good enough I should of called b them..no good.
The quote I booked initially was NOT honored - the nice and informative staff informed me that because the rate was

The representative was very nice, but waiting time and the staff amount was so short that the wait for the car and to bee seen by someone was terrible.
