The representative was very nice, but waiting time and the staff amount was so short that the wait for the car and to bee seen by someone was terrible.
When I reserved I was never informed that there would be an insurance fee of about 15 dollars despite the fact that I had rented another vehicle for 8 days and I did not have to pay for insurance since I have a full coverage policy with Progressive. For a rental of only 6 hours I was forced to pay 15 $$ for insurance. That is a scam.
The first staff member that helped me was very unprofessional and very wrong on local policy information. He basically made his own rules on the local policy to rent a vehicle with your personal full coverage insurance. Need to inform your staff on local policies because I saw a lot of people leaving and basically making allied lose customers and going elsewhere. My reservation total charges from 38,27$ climbs up to 111,75$ +250$ Deposit wich isn't payd back till now.
Absolutly unfriedly staff which cost me 2!!!! Hours to get the Car i booked before!

Because of a previous experience, I called to confirm everything was ok. After 4 calls they were able to finally confirm the reservation. However, when I went to pick up the vehicle (a 15 passenger van), I was told that they did not have the vehicle and that they could not honor the reservation. The person in the desk was rude and the manager (who talked to me by phone) only offered another van (for 10 passengers) that was no help because I needed one for 15. At the end, I could not rent the van
When I arrived the cargo van I reserved was not available. After waiting for over 1 1/2 hrs. They provided another vehicle (also a cargo van) that worked well.
