Was off the airplane at 2:54am, called at 3:04am, picked up at 3:34am when location is 5 minutes away.
Excellent company
My reservation was not in their system, even though I used their website and showed the agent the confirmation email they sent. They were able to rent me a car, but it took longer than necessary. They told me I should use a travel website rather than their own. Very disconcerting that I could have shown up and not gotten a car.
I used Allied since the other rental company cancelled my contract without my knowledge. Once I was able to rent with Allied, my hopes of getting a good service were increased, as it took almost 2 hours to get my rental car. I was told it was being cleaned, but once I got the vehicle it was not clean. 4 days after my rental, I'm still trying to get my bill corrected since I used it less time than expected. Although I would like to give higher marks, is difficult to do with these difficulties.
Next time will verify car conditions thoroughly before leaving the car rental site.
They didn’t have the car I requested and I had to wait 2 hours being lied to. I left without a car.
Car pick up imply pick up in airport. It wasn't. I made reservation time accordingly to arrival. By the time we took your bus and wait on line the reservation was cancelled. The employee was not willing to assist. I Made another one and with 3 customers ahead took exactly 1 hour before we got served. Also the car was beat up. Not a happy camper
The base rate was low, but there were so many fees and taxes that it was deceptive. Taxes are a part of life, but the fees felt like a scam.
The vehicle was very comfortable. I did compare the rate with other Rentals and you had the most affordable rate. the customer service was very efficient.
