Not recommended at all
Didn’t have my car ontime, waited over two hours past the original pick up time for vehicle, charged the same for less than 24 hours, didn’t explained all insurance liability, not enough employees for amount of work

We had reserved an economy car in San Juan, PR. When we arrived at the rental counter, our reservation could not be located at first. Then we waited a long time before being told (in a whisper) that there were no cars available and they were looking for one. Finally, we were told our vehicle was ready. We went outside to find a Ford F150 4-door truck. Not what we asked for, but it was a vehicle! The staff, despite the delays, were very courteous and helpful.
The first car got a flat tire right away so they had to get me a new car. They need to check the maintenance of their vehicles more regularly.
In Puerto Rico there are different prices when you do the reservation on the web page vs the price you get on the agency and is very confusing.
I had paid in advance 95 dollars and some cents for a weekend. At the check in desk for pick up they say I had to pay 185 dollars and not 95! I asked why and they gave me a silly story about the taxes but where in the world you pay more than 90 dollars in taxes? They were apprehensive and rude.
I have rented many times before with Allied and it has always been a great, flawless experiece. Especially with the awesome BQN team.
worst experience renting a car of my life waited 3 hrs at the office to be service got a really bad car with all kind of issues was told go to Aguadilla to change it but they dint doit had to drive another 4hrs to carolina.. got a better car 2nd time... wasn't told that they will hold the rent $ and extra $250.. call ask about that and was told i will get some kind of credit but been 3 weeks and nothing call 100 time and they didnt answer the phone on any of the 10 numbers listed worst co ever
