worst experience renting a car of my life waited 3 hrs at the office to be service got a really bad car with all kind of issues was told go to Aguadilla to change it but they dint doit had to drive another 4hrs to carolina.. got a better car 2nd time... wasn't told that they will hold the rent $ and extra $250.. call ask about that and was told i will get some kind of credit but been 3 weeks and nothing call 100 time and they didnt answer the phone on any of the 10 numbers listed worst co ever

I rent cars all the time as I travel quite a bit, and I have never received worse customer service in my life. The ONLY reason I rented a car from here is because it was the only place in the area that had a car available the day I needed one. I knew it was going to be trouble going in as they have a 1.8 star and every review is a horror story. My experience was nothing short of that. Unfortunately I only have 500 characters to write in this, but if you would like details look on their website.
When I arrived at the location there was no reservation under my name and no Jeep available. The person in the Dorado location tried for more than an Hour trying to locate someone in the main Location but never once did they answer the phone.

Vehicle rented was not available, caused great inconvenience for our non-profit organization that was trying to deliver relief aid to Puerto Rico.
My rate quote was not honored. Not only was it not honored, it was doubled in price. I was picked up an hour and a half late from my hotel. I was being forced to pay for extra car insurance which was never in the contract. I wasted 4 hours of my vacation and walked away without a car. I contacted the manger via email and never received a response. The worse car rental experience ever!!
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
