Waiting times extremely long. Stay away of this company.
I have an extra charge of $250 without any notification from this rent a car
The waiting time in the pickup process (was on sunday) takes an hour approx. It was so slow. Even if the service was good it will no options for upgrade. The representative looks tired. Evem tough the car was good for my necessities. Thank you

Horrible experience
I was picked up 1 hour later at the airport, I was giving lots of excuses when I called regarding my pick up. I asked to speak with a manager and I was told there was none. When I called before regarding my reservation I was getting a attitude from who ever answered the phone.
My experience was good. The rate was even better at $9.95 a day. The car was making some noise in the front drivers side. However, the car was good. Thank You.
I always rent from Allied. Each time I rent from Allied I seem to get a good deal, except this time the prices were a bit to high due to the holiday season.
Staff was great. Waiting time was nothing.
