When I went to pick up the rental the agent was very helpful. However, when I dropped the rental off the agent outside was a bit rude.
Needs more organization with the vehicles to rent. A lot of the cars are not available or have mechanical problems. They should have an inventory of the available cars and not make people wait or show different cars are not available to rent
You should work on you customer service by phone. Is not easy to contact or make any changes, I called two times and at first they didn't even find my reservation
Overall, I was pleased with my experience renting from Allied Car and Truck Rental. The wait time was very long but it was expected due to the spring break timing of our trip.
Mostly everything went well other than the wait time and the price I was expecting to pay wasn’t honored because they could t find my reservation in the system so I had to pay a “walk in fee”.
ROACHES INFESTATION in a rented car from Allied Car Rental company 🪳🪳🪳
Don't rent any car from this company they have a ROACHES PLAGUE on their cars. The first night we had the car there was more than 20 roaches EVERYWHERE, coming out from the air conditioning and underneath of seats. It was the most NASTY experience that I ever had. I left one of my luggages open in the car and they got in my bag because I had food in it. So I had to EXTERMINATING everything after that even my house b
I had reservations and when I got there they didn’t have no vehicle to give me. I made my reservation months before traveling.
In spite of the huge volume of passengers at once the wait, courtesy and kindness was excellent.
Always recommend to my friend and family.
