Experience was horrible when returning rental wanted to rent it for 3 more weeks staff wasnt helpful did want to honor alliedrental quote very bad service
Toll fees are to expensive. Toll pass is required on all cars in PR using highways. For me the activation charge of 10.00 dollars should be eliminated.

Even though the vehicle was excellent I found a very high price compared to other places.
There were additional fees that were not listed on the website. These fees were not listed in either the price quote or in the terms and conditions on the website.
The service is slow, I waited more than 1 1/2 to pick up the car.
I made reservation 3 month ahead i call the day before my flight and they said everything is good when arrived they have no car for me the person in the counter tell me he gonna call me in about 1 hour 12 days later im still waiting for his phone call
You are the worst company I could rent a car. Thief false advertising, rude, no customers service at all, you can't talk to your employees because they get offended, one of your employees told me I should be grateful to you guys because I rent a car fr6hou guys like it's was free, only can I said is FUCK YOU ! Social media is a great tool to aware people to don't rent from you guys, my mistake I didn't read your review at yelp, that my only fault
Car received was clean and what I reserved. Easy in and out. Staff nice and helpful.
