I MADE THE RESERVATION VIA INTERNET TUESDAY, OCTOBER 18, 2016 IN THE AFTERNOON. NEXT DAY, WEDNESDAY, I ARRIVE TO THE DORADO OFFICE. JUST ONE VAN AND THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT SOME COMPANY WENT TO RESERVE WEDNESDAY MORNING. I CAN'T RENT ANY VEHICLE AFTER A 20 MINUTES DRIVE FROM MY OFFICE TO THE DORADO OFFICE. THAT WAS TERRIBLE.
RECOMMENDATION: YOU MUST WORK WITH THE RESERVATIONS RECEIVED THROUGH INTERNET IN THE ORDER AS THE RESERVATIONS APPEAR. THANKS

Charged for airport drop-off when car was returned to Fajardo where it was rented. That charge has not been credited back to my credit card.

The auto had bald tires and I was unaware of the road condition's along with the rain how unsafe it was. My driving time was restricted. When I spoke over the phone to complain a worker said upon returning the car to ask for lisa and as I did, she was not available. They said a provided discount would be available and it was not. Really unsafe and unprofessional.
