keep renting from Allied for the Great service and rental prices
Charged for airport drop-off when car was returned to Fajardo where it was rented. That charge has not been credited back to my credit card.
Been renting with Allid lately. Coming back because of the rental prices and excellent service!

The auto had bald tires and I was unaware of the road condition's along with the rain how unsafe it was. My driving time was restricted. When I spoke over the phone to complain a worker said upon returning the car to ask for lisa and as I did, she was not available. They said a provided discount would be available and it was not. Really unsafe and unprofessional.
I got a lot inconvenience with the car i have to switch the car 4 times .
I wish for my cars to be full of gas before leaving the dealer. I wish for the interior of the car to cleaned and recently vacuum. I wish for the spare tire to be in its place along with the other tools and not loose in the trunk making noises avery time the car takes off or brakes. I wish for a car NOT infested with ants.
I was quoted one price online and charged a different amount when I picked up car, had to go through motions of having it corrected twice before it was resolved. Also was told one thing about the toll payment method and it was all incorrect and I ended up paying $12 for a $2 toll. These issues changed my mind about renting again with Allied.
Excellent service.
Will seek company with less extra costs.
