Hidden fees
I have rented from this place before and I have never had a worse experience than I did this time around.
I will never ever rent with this company again. Neither will I recommend it to anyone going to Puerto Rico. The staff mmember's lack of knowledge costed Me an excess of $40.
Great overall experience
I waited about 1 1/2 in the room in order to get the car. Car was really dirty inside, I wanted a sedan style car they end up giving me a really small car for a ridiculous rate, I won't use allied ever again either recommend it.
I think the prices are a little bit hight, but the service was excellent and the personal as well. Thanks for everything.
The pickup from the airport was very quick, but when we got to the rental office we waited for close to an hour an a half to get our car, and there were only a few parties in line ahead of us, the staff were just moving incredibly slowly. They seemed to not care how long it took for each customer. I've never experienced such frustratingly slow customer service.
Surprisingly expensive
this is the first time i have this problem with this company ,the person in front of the desk do not know much ,he never give me a contract because he got problem with the printer, when i turn in the car it was a lot of aditional charges that he never ask me if i want them or not. Employes need to know about the business, this person don't know nothing about renting a car .
Yesterday experience was great but I still believe this company is one of the most expensive in the industry. Great service, great fleet and availability.
