too long to get a car even if you book in advance. You still have to stand inline for two hours. I got a dirty car insidethe guy outside didnt care.I missed my appointment with the Federal Aviation Administration. Also I missed my checking time flight waiting on the shuttle bus and standing in line to return the car. After all the poor customer service and missing my flight I went back to rent the same type of car for another day and the price was tripled. Unbelievable. Lisa helped me the best.
Terrible service, never had such a bad experience with a rental company. I arrived early in SJU around 12:30. I called them and they arrived to the airport to pick me up 40 minutes later. I got to the office around 1:18pm and I was not able to get the car around 4:15pm. Representive was talking care of two customers at the same time. Got my contact around 3:05 but still have to wait for the car for another hour. they gave me an economic car we I paid for a compact and didn't say anything

The gentleman that took care of me was a very nice and polite person.
Customer service were very nice
The wait to pick up car was more than 1 hour- only two people on the desk with two sitting upstairs in office who should have helped out! Got a lot of pressure to take extra coverages even when I kept saying no! Final bill was 33% more than original quote - that is misleading! Car was good, service on return was much faster.
The phone # for calling to bepicked up at the airport was to a busy signal even after 25 tries busy signal we were left at the airport for over an hour with no useful phone # to call also we were asked for our car insurance I D card which we did not expect to need but when we did not have it were presssured to buy your insurance plan fo$$$$ to much but we were able to call our ins. co to have tghem fax over a copy of ins card all this delayed us about 21/2 hours and why for poormanagement
vehicle was dirty, exterior, interior very. not happy.
