Jose at car rental office was great. He picked me up and helped to get around.
There was a mix up with the pick up. The shuttle went to another location. Other than that everything was good.

I was charged auto express at 6.95 a day for 10 day rental. I knew I was not going to spend that amount in 1 day. I had rented with allied before and I got charged based on usage. I asked if I was going to get a refund for not accumulating 6.95 a day and I was told no. I feel that they stole my money. It will not rent from allied again and I will pass this information along. On line rental was 275.00. I paid 420.00 at location
