I found rent company on internet and I choose it because of value the $25 a day, in the end I paid $65 a day, never ever I will rent a car from this company. I feel like robbed. If lived in USA I will defiantly sue this company.
This was the WORST car rental experience I have ever had. The car was in terrible condition, wet floor board, bugs crawling around, cockroaches and ants, horrible smell of mold. Tires constantly deflating and requiring major maintenance. Police officer almost wrote me a ticket because of the conditions of the tires. Tires had NO tread and very UNSAFE to drive. I would NEVER use this company (ALLIED CAR & TRUCK RENTAL) again and would advise others against it for their own safety.
I'm supposed to pick up my car at 5:00 pm but when I call to know the address of the agency they told me that by that our they are going to be closed. I made some adjustments and go to the place at 4:00 pm to pick up my car just to realized that they did not reserved my car. They send me to another Allied agency and they rise the cuote don't know why because is not my fault that you are so irresponsable that didn't have any car in the other place. Never in my life I'm going to rent from you.
I was told I had to buy the $10 Express pass because there were no booths that accepted money and that was not true.
Everything was better than expected. I got a good car and good service for half the price of places like Hertz.
Dispite all the negative reviews I still continued with the reservation and Im glad I did... The staff was very courteous and efficient with the whole process. I would definately rent with the company again!!!!!! Thank You
They gave us the wrong car, The price was more than they quoted in the begining, the car they gave us was dirty ,no gas, and we waited an hour and half because they could not find the keys of the car. Thank YOU

There is only one person who answears the phone and filles your paperwork. It needs to be more organized and have one person deligated only to answesr phone calles and the other one to serve the customer to make the process faster.
