Needless to say I'm disappointment with the handling of my recent reservation, confirmation number ALLI-AGUA-2545463, which was not honored despite being confirmed. Upon arriving at the Aguadilla Airport location on Wednesday, January 1, 2025, at 12:00 pm, as specified in my reservation, I was informed by the staff at the counter that they could not fulfill my booking. Not only was no solution offered, but the staff also appeared to have no knowledge of how to address the situation.

El peor servicio y engañosos en ningun momento me indicaron que tenia que pagar 75.00 dolares por entregar el vehiculo en aguadilla,tenia menos de medio tanque de gasolina marcaron que tenia full,llegue a aguadilla a las 5:00 marcaron que lo entregue a las 5;53 y cobraron recargo de 3,33 el sr wifredo ramos muy es un falta de respeto.poco profecional
