The worst rental experience I have ever had in my life. It was delivered with a nail in one of the tires. The inside of the van was filthy and looked like it had just been used to transport demolition material. The vehicle was returned on August 18 and I was told that they would email me the receipt. I still have not received a receipt as of 8/22/22. I spent 45 minutes on the phone this morning trying to get a receipt. They gave me an email address to request a receipt. Still no response.
They charge me for something that wasn't my fault and never refunded the money even the I told them
I enjoyed my experience with Allied. I will look them up again on my next visit to Puerto Rico. The only drawback that I had was that I needed to have been picked up and dropped off at the Hotel in the Isla Verde area. It was almost the same distance from the Airport.
Worse experience ever can was not ready took two hours to get van we can in a cruise with limited time
(1) Too expensive, the website should include all policies to avoid misunderstandings with final rate. (2) Apparently the system doesn’t register reservations done online, the agent hesitated to give me the reservation. (3) There’s only one agent in the office doing all the tasks (cleaning, working on reservations, picking up customers), which affected the customer service. Waiting was too long unnecessarily, plus it gave me a bad impression of the company. (4) Car in great conditions.

We rent a SUV Club Wagon, have a confirmation, we went to pick up, and surprise, they dont have anything that they announce, and do anything to compensate or try to resolve the sutuation. Is the worst costumer service ever, they even care anything it doesnt matter to them. The manager even never came.
Corporate tell you something different from the place you go and pick up. Waste my time
Waiting over 3 hours to get the car. Requested a 15 passenger van and was not available. Didn’t tell us up front brought out a mini van instead with roaches. Had to get an additional car. Wasn’t just us waiting long everyone waited a long time for their car rentals. Didn’t get a summary of what I paid, just got charged for who knows what. Terrible service and infested cars.
