great experience all-around!
I have rented from AAMCAR many times over the past 2-3 years. I have recommended it to family members, neighbors, and friends who live in NYC. The pricing is fantastic, the staff--Marci and Cesar--are excellent. AAMCAR on 96th Street is a no frills type rental car agency. The vehicles aren't going to blow you away but they are functional and solid. I've always received the car that I've requested. Returning the car is easy. I'm always able to get an EZ Pass.

My return process (5/30, 8:40 pm with Kiko) was less than optimal. Kiko provided nothing in writing saying that I returned the vehicle (after I finally got hold of him). Front office staff was great from start to finish
