The car was old and had a lot of scratches/dents. The brakes were weak and the car felt slightly unstable on the road. The service was good, and the price and location couldn't be beat

We also booked a child seat but in the end we didn't use it (luckily we had ours), as the agency's child seat was very dirty and had mold in it.
