Everything worked out very well.
The store was supposed to open at 8:30am - however the person did not open to store until 9am. He was half an hour late, lots of people waiting outside.
I was pleased with the cost for the day and that it was affordable.
Great customer service with no aggressive upsell. Also appreciate being able to return cars later in the evening. Will be a top choice for future rentals.
Service was quick and professional. I appreciated the agent explaining all the charges and pointing out what he was marking when assessing existing nicks and dings to the car.
