We always have great service at AAMCar Rental on 96th St. The staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and considerate.

Very good experience
The car’s steering wheel fluid appeared to be low, as the wheel did not turn easily. Also, the car was filthy. I have rented many times from AAMCAR and have always had great experiences. I recognize that the cars are sometimes not Ina’s good shape as from the national chains. But In this case, the car should have had more service before it was sent out.
