My experience with Avis was surprisingly smooth. Because it was located in the middle of an incredibly busy residential parking garage, I expected to wait and was pleasantly surprised when that did not happen. I was not given the car I expected, but one that is considered comparable. There were issues with the Bluetooth connection, but otherwise the vehicle was fine.
Ran into some issues when booking but Henry gave AMAZING service! The woman who helped me during pick up as well as the man at return were also great.
Horrible company changed there practice of debit card after years of me renting with them to credit card. Than douche bag employee tries to sell me his insurance for $1000 dollars. Horrible!!!

I think it would be nice if the company let the renter know what color the car being rented is.
everything went soothly, I was able to pick up the car on time and the staffs were helpful and knowledgeable. Overall I was pleased with AAMCAR rental services and I would definitely come back again.
I've always a had the best experience with Aamcar. It's a smaller operation, but well run and friendly, and the prices are very competitive.
