The quality in these cars, I noticed, is declining. With this rental, the USB connection to charge the phone wasn't working, and the car was honestly just dirty. It felt like it hadn't been cleaned since the last renter. I do think they could do a better job at maintaining the cars.
I love this company and will continue to use them. But I have noticed the quality in cars declining. I figure that's how they can offer such good rates...but while dents are one thing (who cares), a broken lock isn't. Every time I thought I locked the car, turns out, I wasn't, and I had all my Christmas gifts inside. Not good. I do think they need to do a more rigorous check of the cars between users.

best deal in town. The cars might not be as new and shiny as the ones at the bigger rental companies, but the price makes it worth it!

Car needed replacement windshield wiper blades, which we bought and for which we were reimbursed. An unexpected chore, but OK. Car had 87,000 miles but ran well
