Juan at 96th Street is wonderful. So nice and helpful.
It is difficult to return the cars and this time there was no where to park when dropping off. The girl at the desk in the evening was not helpful and said she would send an attendant out to help me take the car but no one ever came. I was with my infant son and that was definitely frustrating. She could have been more helpful.
