Super easy rental agency in the upper west side.
The car was a very nice version of a mini-van; spacious, easy to drive, smooth driving and good on gas (Chrysler Pacifica).

Just after I packed up the Nissan Sentra, a Warning light appeared on the dashboard. Very disconcerting (rain obscured a sensor for the front camera). A phone call to Marci at the agency put my mind at ease , since it would clear up once the rain stopped and didn’t affect the ride—which it did—very good service.
Easy pick up and drop off. Car was clean, gas full, and the staff checked the car carefully before handing over the keys.
