Unsure upon return where to park the car, or find the buzzer for attendant.
Reasonable rates, pretty good cars, very efficient service and friendly staff.
Aamcar personnel have always been very knowledgeable and forthright about explaining how insurance works and what the various levels cost, so I have never felt as if I was surprised by anything in the rental agreement. That's a major reason I have always liked this agency. I would say that when I reserved the vehicle online, there was no indication that I would not be able to use state parkways, which are off-limits to commercial vehicles.
Everything went well, Aamcar meets our needs and they are always pleasant to deal with.

When I dropped the car off the man just kept yelling at me. I couldn't understand a word he was saying. He was extremely rude and pushy. The service was horrible. They just drove away with the car and gave me nothing. I also just saw the charges on the car and it was quoted at 355.00 and I was charged 600.
