I have been happily dealing with this family-owned company for a decade.
The agents are always friendly and efficient. When they make phone calls, they are very clear and concise.
For this particular trip, although I booked a compact, I had the great fortune of being upgraded by the manager to a Mustang that they had had on premise that weekend.
I count myself lucky to be treated so well on an ongoing basis by this rental agency.
My experience with aamcar was great. The only complaint I have is the fact that the car wasn't washed ......other than that every thing was just as I expected it to be ....... Thank you I will be renting again
