100% satisfaction every time we rented with AAMCAR 96th St. The service is great and caring. The car is clean and has not a lot of mileage. Someone recommended I rent from AAMCAR and I have been recommending it since. Always trust word-of-mouth, it is the best recommendation!
The car was dirty and the interior should have been vacuumed prior to picking up the rental.
AAMCAR IS MY GO TO RENTAL COMPANY! It's in the neighborhood in a safe, well lit place. It's not a chain, it's very convenient to the expressway and major avenues. The staff is hardworking, personable, efficient & get you on your way in a hurry! Their cars can be older than what you get at a chain but that's a plus for me. I don't need an instruction manual each time to turn on the hi beams or emergency lighting😊.
So glad this independent rental car agency hasn't been driven out by high rent
