The car smelled of cigar smoke. Otherwise, we were very happy. The rates and cars are good and the staff is always very friendly and helpful.

This is the best place to rent a car from in Manhattan. They're friendly, I don't have to wait, they honor the quoted price, the cars have always been reliable, and I don't feel like they're nickel & diming me. My rental this time was the same - no issues!
