Excellent experience
Great value for the money, and smaller and more manageable than working with the national chains.
This is the best place to rent a car from in Manhattan. They're friendly, I don't have to wait, they honor the quoted price, the cars have always been reliable, and I don't feel like they're nickel & diming me. My rental this time was the same - no issues!
In New York everything is a hassle and a pain in the ass, except Aamcar!

I was slightly apprehensive about using AAMCAR since I hadn't heard of them before, but their rates were too good to pass up. I had a great experience, and will not hesitate to use them again, and I've already recommended them to several friends in the area.
The car stunk and was disgusting with gum stuck in the drink holders, chips and spilled coffee and soda. There was bloody snot wiped on the arm rest.
Great service and convenient location, never any problems - just wish weekend rentals weren't so expensive compared to week day but I guess that's the system. Prefer to use AAMCAR over any other rental company.
