It took staff a while to find my electronic reservation and to fill out all paperwork, but overall was happy with the car and service.
Aamcar staff and vehicles are the best in NYC, and are particularly notable for reasonable rental rates from value perspective.
This experience (as is usually the case) was extremely positive; and I recommend Aamcar unequivocally.

The car smelled smoke and was very dirty. Won't rent a car there again.
