We had to call the agency a couple times and a human being always picked up, right away.
An hour delay for car pickup, guy was not efficient and the place was filthy. The car was garbage as well. I’ll never rent from this dump again.

Friendly counter service, good car, great rate, super convenient to where I live. Plus there's a gas station next door which makes drop off simple and convenient, too.
A later return option would have been good
