I've used this AAMCAR location several times. Although I live closer to the 181st St location I find the staff at 96th Street to be much more pleasant to deal with. I wish the price were a little less expensive. other than that - no problems.
I have rented from AAMCAR many times and always been satisfied. I've recommended AAMCAR to my friends as well. This car had bugs in it--my son and his friend found little mites. I hope that AAMCAR can increase the cleaning between rentals to prevent this in the future. I really like the company and want to rent from them again, but I would like some assurance about the cleaning.

Everything was cool, no line, hassle free gas refilling (giving that this is an issue on west side), a clean new car.
the vehicles rented at AAMCAR are often "long in the tooth". Some of your vehicles need upgrades, as they have a lot of miles on them. Also there was no USB outlet, which is standard these days.
