Favorite agency by far. The service is great, the pricing is consistent, and I've never had to worry about a car not being available when I need it. I've recommended to everyone in my life and will keep doing so.
Did't inform about the deposit of 1000 USD. Took away half of my trip money just like that

The car was in bad shape. It would start shaking over 55 mph and it would shake when you applied the breaks. We were kind of scared in it in city traffic and the busy NYC are highway system. The display monitor also kept turning off out of the blue, which screwed up our Bluetooth mapping and music, and it finally just stopped working altogether at one point.
I am a regular customer of AAMCAR on W96th Street. They have great daily rates. The staff is lovely, knowledgable, polite. I alwsy recommend to friends.
