The car was in bad shape. It would start shaking over 55 mph and it would shake when you applied the breaks. We were kind of scared in it in city traffic and the busy NYC are highway system. The display monitor also kept turning off out of the blue, which screwed up our Bluetooth mapping and music, and it finally just stopped working altogether at one point.
I am a regular customer of AAMCAR on W96th Street. They have great daily rates. The staff is lovely, knowledgable, polite. I alwsy recommend to friends.
Rental was smooth. Good location near the highway. Reasonable price. I rent there whenever I need to rent a car.

Pickup and drop off were very quick and easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. The car was a bit older than I expected and had a lot of miles on it. But otherwise, great experience.
